Just set up a new Mail Converter for a customer for Trouble Ticket handling.
This is a migrated 6.0.0 -> 6.1.0 system.
First thing I found was that there was no from_portal field in the
ticket module. Have now fixed that.
Second, when I send en email to the mailbox the Converter is configured
to scan and I am an unknown contact, it created a new Contact with the
correct email address but used the email's *subject" line as the
Contact's lastname ???
Third, the scanner is running and I have 2 rules. The first rule has the
regex for Ticket Updates, the 2nd rule is to create new Tickets.
I have only got as far as the new ticket part so far... When the Mail
Converter finds a new email it creates a new ticket, but even though I
have "Assigned To configured in the rule to a group called "BP Support"
the Ticket gets created with *no* assigned to - it is empty... This then
seems to break all subsequent the workflows etc...
Anyone else had these kind of issues?
