Excellent suggestion..

However after it is disabled the "outgoing call" box still pops up and now
as well this error dialog:

<link rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'
href='themes/softed/style.css'><table border='0' cellpadding='5'
cellspacing='0' width='100%' height='450px'><tr><td align='center'><div
style='border: 3px solid rgb(153, 153, 153); background-color: rgb(255,
255, 255); width: 55%; position: relative; z-index: 10000000;'>

        <table border='0' cellpadding='5' cellspacing='0' width='98%'>

        <td rowspan='2' width='11%'><img src='themes/images/denied.gif'

        <td style='border-bottom: 1px solid rgb(204, 204, 204);'
nowrap='nowrap' width='70%'><span class='genHeaderSmall'>PBXManager  module
is not active!</span></td>

        <td class='small' align='right' nowrap='nowrap'>

        <a href='javascript:window.history.back();'>Go Back</a><br>
