<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-fareast-language:EN-US">We have developed a Laravel system, that will scan a users mailbox via IMAP – and checks inbox and sent items folders, for emails whose email address (to or from) matches an email address of a Contact
then it will import the email and attachments into the CRM and relate it to that Contact.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-fareast-language:EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-fareast-language:EN-US">Initially it will process ALL emails in the mailbox, but then every few minutes will check the mailbox again and look at the last 48hrs emails (it only imports an email once). This gives you 48 hrs
to add an email address to a Contact in the CRM and it will still import that persons emails into the CRM.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-fareast-language:EN-US">This runs as a standalone domain/application running on a server – and needs API / file access to the CRM.

As its Laravel it is completely customisable to work with other modules, and change the rules and functionality. You do need to ensure that the CRM domain has plenty of storage available as importing attachments can very quickly eat up a lot of storage space!<o:p></o:p></span></p>
