So this is not an issue because once you assign the task to someone, they own them. So unless the person who creates the task and is not the assigned one is a higher ranking person they won’t see.<br />

Basically in Vtiger creator = assigned_user_id<br />

<br />

I know this issue since all of the clients reported it as a bug… It’s be nice to have this case covered @Uma @Alan any workarounds?</div>

They have a student worker who is creating tasks for colleagues. But when he has then created a calendar task for a colleague, he can now no longer see that task.<br />

So creating many tasks a day he will forget if he created for colleague X or not.<br />

Is there any way to allow tasks created by user Y always viewable by user Y despite being created to X.<br />
