<p><span>We have this mechanism built in our system by default [you can copy it to Vtiger]. It works this way – you can set in the panel who can log on whose account [often used when people take some time off], then a mechanism to switch users pops up, and after the switch the user sees everything 1:1 as the user he switched to. However, any action, eg. adding comments, will be executed not as the user he switched to, but as the user he actually is.</span></p>
