<div>I have had difficulty in getting larger file sizes uploaded when the php.ini file and config.inc.php are both updated as you would expect.</div>

<div>The only thing that fixed it was to set the value in php.ini in this path \etc\php5\cli\php.ini</div>
<div>and the same in this path \etc\php5\apache2\php.ini</div>
