<div>Can anyone explain how UTC for Daylight Savings time is supported in vTiger 6.4?</div>

<div>We in New Zealand, the antipodean state of GMT and UTC 0:00, have just sprung forward to Summer Daylight Savings Time (25/09/2016), this means we are now UTC +13 hours from now until the end of March 2017.</div>

<div>When we are UTC +12 all is fine. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>However, when this is changed at the user preference level, there is only (UTC+13:00) Nukualofa available to select. This makes no difference to the email message received time.</div>

<div>A 'how to fix' would be most appreciated.</div>
