<div dir="ltr">I don't know technically what is the best solution, but I think we have to focus on customer (user) perspective. UX have to drive us in choise. I think that use a CRM in desktop and in Mobile have big difference. So I think that a responsive template is a good solution (we give MYC template to all our customers!) but app could be an important improvement if done in the right way. App is not only for data consultation (in this case responsive is enought I think), but think about order entry, or other flow that are tipical of mobile use.
