    I am using latest version of vtiger 6.3 customer portal and vtiger

    6.3.  Having promoted a contact to a portal user they are able to

    login but when using "forgot password"  and entering Email Id 

    (email address) and press "send password, it flutters and returns to

    your portal.  No email is ever received.<br>

    Can anyone confirm this issue please as it may be my

    setup.............<br>
