+1 it really doesn't make any sense to develop your own client/manager, When there is a lot of great open source solutions out there. It must be much easier to integrate an existing solution.... No. I have never really used the Mail Manager email client in vtiger because it just sucks too much.<br>

I thought I'd try it again after we'd upgraded our own internal vtiger system from 5.4. to 6.3.0 but guess what? I think it still sucks :-(<br>
