this also ties in to making the layout fully responsive for mobile
devices. The panels on the left and right need to be dismissable or
rendered differently when you have a narrow screen. The core content
needs to be allowed to use the full width.<br>

Basically the vertical (and possibly horizontal depending on size
of display) scrolling should be done *inside* the black line.
Everything outside that line should be fixed.

That way the user always has access to the various navigation,
search and action controls without having to scroll up or down all
the time... With long lists or complicated Detail Views with lots
of fields and blocks this is currently a bit of a PITA.

As the vtiger layout templates are designed right now, this is not
going to be easy to achieve but I think it would be a good area to
review for a future version of vtiger.
