OK never got a single answer how to debug the mail converter when it is not working.<br>

Can’t find any info about the working. (does it store an index somewhere, sets a flag on the mail?)<br>

Really, a fresh setup of 6.20 and it is not working.<br>

Would be nice to get a helping hand. Even a paid solution is an option because our company is not able to use the CRM as it is ment to.<br>
