A blank page is a PHP error. Activate display errors in your
PHP and/or debugging in vtiger CRM to see if you can get some
clue as to what is happening.<br />

For example you can add<br />

error_reporting(E_ALL); ini_set('display_errors','on');<br />
<br />
to the top of you config.inc.php, that will get you a lot of
output in the browser and the important error message will be
at the bottom of the screen<br />
