To reproduce this, do:<br>
1 - Go to Contacts Module<br>
2 - Edit Fields<br>
3 - In Customer Portal Information put Portal User Access Active and Quick Create as well<br>
4 - Create a contact from quickcreate button fill email and check Portal User<br>
5 - You receive email with credentials bus when you try to login, you get this error:<br>
