In response to your requests I could say:<br>

1) We will consider your suggestion for our next update/theme, anyway we had<br>
make really simple to customize your customer portal theme, so you can<br>
easily change the appearance to fit your needs, or if you had special<br>
requests we can do a custom theme for you.<br>

2) We could not implement this functionality for the moment, this because<br>
the vtiger customer portal web services not provides any function to delete<br>
ticket related documents, than we require to edit the standard vtiger files<br>
and/or add custom files in your vtiger installation, we apologize but that<br>
is against our policy for the moment because we want to mantain the setup as<br>
simple as possible without require you to have ftp access or api keys of<br>
your vtiger installation, but if you want we could develop a custom solution<br>
for you!<br>
