Calendar Settings are not loading on my installation, this is caused
by:<br>
<b>layouts/vlayout/modules/Calendar/CalendarSettings.tpl</b><br>
referencing an object: <br>
<b>$HIDE_COMPLETED_EVENTS_MODEL</b><br>
<br>
When I remove the call for this object all seems fine, just
wondering if I am missing some configuration setting/have another
migration hiccup or... has someone else also experienced this
issue?<br>
