<div dir="ltr">We updated the <a href="http://trac.vtiger.com/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/ticket/8085">trac</a> on Configuration Editor , have a look at it.<div>Also, I am not able to reproduce the Profile issue.</div><div>Steps I followed:</div>
<div><br></div><div>1.Installed vtiger540.</div><div>2.Created profiles and assigned permissions.</div><div>3.Next migrated to vtiger6 using migration patch at <a href="https://www.vtiger.com/open-source-downloads/">https://www.vtiger.com/open-source-downloads/</a></div>
<div>4.Next browse to Profiles I see all the profiles.</div><div>5.Next I added a new profile.It works fine.</div><div><br></div><div>Please let us know if we have missed something.</div><div><br></div><div>Coming to Dashboard,</div>
<div><br></div><div>After migrating to vtiger6 from 540 we loose all the previously available dashboards--we are looking into this and update the <a href="http://trac.vtiger.com/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/ticket/8085">trac</a> on the same.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Meanwhile,adding of Dashboard widget works well after migrating.Even though I navigate and come back to home I see all added Dashboards and also I can add new ones.</div><div><br></div><div>Coming to Customer portal may I know what is the version of your customer portal.And where did you get it from.</div>

<blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex">Thank you for the response. There seem to be several issues caused by the<br>
migration script. I was able to resolve the profile issue by installing a<br>
fresh version, exporting the profile tables - deleting them in my migrating<br>
version and then importing them. I was able to fix the missing<br>
configuration manager using this method. The only issues remaining is that<br>
the dashboard will not display the widgets. You can add a widget and it<br>
will show on the dashboard. When you navigate away and come back - it is<br>
gone - however - it is not displayed in the list to add again. So it's<br>
adding it - its just not displaying the dashboard. I can likely fix this as<br>
well with the method described above but I cannot locate the proper tables.<br>
<br>
The biggest and final issue though is tickets are not displayed to users of<br>
the customer portal. They can add a ticket from the portal - when its sent<br>
it says you are not authorized to view. The ticket is made however and we<br>
can see it in vtigers tickets. This works on a fresh install - but I cannot<br>
get this to work on the migrated version. As it stands - if I cant get that<br>
worked out I am faced with manually importing everything from the migrated<br>
version into a fresh install. Any insight on why this might be occuring<br>
would be greatly appreciated and save me many hours of tedious exporting<br>
-file splitting - mapping and importing.<br>
<br>
Thanks again for your consideration.<br>
