      Although most of the world works on "bona fides", not everybody
      does and you could have problems or pass on problems to somebody.<br>

      For example, in Europe legislation (and US and probably the
      majority of the planet) if you do not say anything about your
      license, and do not license your creation, by default your
      intellectual property rights are COMPLETE, that means that it is
      distributed under the most restrictive copyright distribution of
      all; nobody can touch the code.<br>
      <br>
      IANAL, but I would really recommend you do not create yourself a
      license, use one of the many that already exist, they were created
      by lawyers and they know what they are doing (I hope :-) ).  Also
      consult a lawyer to undertand the different licenses out there and
      pick one that you are comfortable with.<br>
