      #vtiger on freenode correctly spotted that I had missed php5-mysql
      when installing the dependencies.<br>
      Could this be added to the thing where it checks for the presence
      of libraries?<br>

              Sorry for the self-reply, one thing I didn't do was setup
              cron jobs.<br>
              Where are the instructions for that for vtiger6?
              README.txt and<br>
              Release_Notes.html are a bit dated, and neither the LAMP
              install<br>
              instructions nor the vtiger6 instructions make any mention
              of cron.<br>
