I'm not sure what I did wrong with my create script, but I hadn't noticed that the Manifest file was missing fields because I just quickly looked at the SQL at the top of the manifest. I updated it and tried another import. It appears that it was imported successfully, but I'm still getting an error when I try to configure the module.
