I installed the PBXManger on vt 5.4 and its working. The only problem is asterisk is sending the full ten digits 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX and we have input all our phone numbers without the country code ie; XXX-XXX-XXXX As a result incoming calls on the pop up do not pull the contact or lead. Could someone advise me on the best course of action to correct this? My first thought is to append the country code to the front of every telephone number through a mysql command. We would then enter new information with the country code in the future. Could I get some assistance on the wording of that command string? Or other possible solution?<br>
