Until your message, I couldn't image a good application scenario, which cood benefit from such feature. But it is possible to extend this to a complete assistent, which guide though a process of some questions.<br>

Think of a call centre handling multiple telephone campaigns in vtiger.<br>

I'd like to be able to "build", as a user/administrator, a set of questions as a form (and possibly expected responses) for the sales agent on the phone to go through and complete.<br>

Obviously the uses for such a thing are far wider but that's a use-case I have come across.<br>
