<div dir="ltr">Hi Everyone,<div><br></div><div style>I'm trying to register a custom provider for SMS Notifier, but my SMS provider doesn't work with HTTP it uses SOAP.</div><div style><br></div><div style>I make some small changes but I can't make the process work And I need to enable debugging message to verify where the error is.</div>
