I was thinking about the project last night and got to thinking this<br>
really needs a new sub-module of some kind where you (the admin or user<br>
with privileges) can create a block of Options (like adding new fields<br>
in the Layout Editor) and then tie this entity to one or more product<br>
ids. That way you can have as many different options as products if<br>
necessary.<br>

Then the template and code that deals with the line item needs<br>
re-working to drag in the relevant data from the related Product Options<br>
when you choose a new product, or service, item.<br>
