ACC1 looks like an account_no, not the account_id. If you go to the<br>
Accounts module and look at ACC1, look at the URL and note the<br>
record=12345. Then you will combine that with the web service id of<br>
the Accounts module to get something like 3x12345.<br>

SELECT id FROM vtiger_ws_entity WHERE name = 'Accounts';<br>
SELECT accountid FROM vtiger_account WHERE account_no = 'ACC1';<br>

That said, pretty neat that you're using the web service with the<br>
session created by logging into the web page. I didn't realize that<br>
was possible.<br>
