I did have a load of stuff on this on various threads in the forums, but<br>
since my account was 'accidentally' deleted by a moderator, all my posts<br>
were lost and apparently cannot be recovered :-(<br>

Unfortunately I haven't the time to be bothered to create another one<br>
and start all over again.<br>

Nonetheless there are truck loads of forum posts on the subject plus a<br>
couple of PDF extensions.<br>
