In 5.1, it seemed we got the requirement to work. Here\'s what we did<br>
Salesperson A: has group grpSalesA.<br>
Salesperson B: has group grpSalesB.<br>
and so on...<br>

Now, when you go into sharing access and create a rule \"grpSalesA has<br>
access to grpSalesA\" it actually let \"A\" see all the tickets based on<br>
\"creator\" and even if the ticket got assigned internally to a admin<br>
group (eg. grpSupport/grpIT) , they could still see their tickets and no<br>
one else\'s.<br>
<br>
BUT in 5.2 it does not work anymore!!<br>
