Note the space in the string.<br>

This string is only called in the vtiger source file<br>
cron/intimateTaskStatus.php from what I can see and is also duplicated a<br>
few lines above with:<br>

there are too many tickets pending. Kindly take the necessary action<br>
required for addressing the same<br><br> Thanks and Regards,<br><br>

which is, from what I can tell, not called in the source at all...<br>
<br>
One of these should be removed IMHO (probably the one with the space in<br>
the name).<br>
