Hi alan,<br><br>they it was handled in 5.1.0 had a huge performance penalty. so we have gone for this solution but in future we would want to have a cleaner solution which will hide the widget if it doesn't have any data.<br>

I've just noticed on 5.2.0 that dashboard modules (like the Pending or<br>
Forthcoming Activities) do not disappear when there is no data to<br>
populate them. Now they are displayed, but with a big "No Data Found"<br>
message.<br>

I'm sure on 5.1.0 this was not the case.<br>

Is this by design or can it be configured? I preferred it when the<br>
dashboard items were not shown when they were empty.<br>
