application and vtiger in order to allow people to view and add tickets in a

but will be in the contacts module is it advisable to use the webservices for
this by creating a special user just to allow the application to connect to
vtiger. I can control what the users can see by using the entitiy id to link
them to their tickets.</FONT></DIV>
