[Vtigercrm-developers] Release Update: Vtiger CRM 8.3.0 Available Now.

Please be aware that migration zips from 8.0 to 8.1 and 8.1 to 8.2 won't
work either. I don't know if it would be wise to entirely remove or replace
them in sourceforge.
