[Vtigercrm-developers] Vtiger: Enabled way to configure setup with PHP E_ALL (Strict mode).

Dear members,

We have completed stabilizing the master with E_ALL fixes now.
Aim is to release end of this week (Sep 28)

Kindly report any BLOCKER issues if you find them in validating the latest
master.
