[Vtigercrm-developers] Using vtiger brand name in market places

Hi

I would like to know whether any limitations of using vtiger brand name for
selling vtiger CE through market places other than vtiger store.

I can see few such as Adrian Garcia and ATH Infosys in aws market.

Is it possible to provide vtiger open source as free instance and earning
commission through cloud service or platform ?

Otherwise should it be forked and use a different name?
