[Vtigercrm-developers] Unable to export data and view results in list view for a custom module

We have an issue with our install of Vtiger where we have created a custom module but if we attempt to export all, it immediately returns just the column headers in the file. We are only talking about 3,000 records, however there are over 100 columns. If I try to run a report on this module, I get the same thing, only headers in my export file-but I do see the 500 preview records on my screen, it is just when I export.

The second issue is that when we are looking at this module in a list view, when we select View All with no filters, we get a no records found. If I apply a date range (created date) of 2 weeks, I can get results. Any date range larger than this and we get the no records found.

We are looking at creating a secondary module to pull some of the data out of the first to make the table smaller but wanted to seek suggestions from this group.
