[Vtigercrm-developers] Vtiger: Enabled way to configure setup with PHP E_ALL (Strict mode).

Dear members,

We have enabled configuration now to setup
Vtiger CRM with PHP Strict mode of development.

We pushed a few commits to master today that will eliminate PHP errors
(notice, deprecated, warnings) that were code-based for several years as we
patched support for old versions.

We will continue to make cleanup as we move forward.
