I've confirmed it happens for Quotes in a fresh install of 7.5.0. Unlinking
the quote from the organization does delete it. I spot checked unlinking
tickets, assets, products, service contracts, contacts, projects and they
didn't reproduce what I had seen earlier. Must have been a glitch in my
instance. Unlinking quotes is definitely reproducible.
