If you look for create fields using script you can find here https://github.com/radus28/Vtiger-DevOps/blob/master/fields/ui51.php

You may change moduleInstance, table, field and type, then put it into your vtiger root/mig/fields/ui51.php, then run it through browser.

Those things are hard code. If the quantity of field is util for you, you can change the field name, if not, you have to edit it, it’s not only to create the field in database.

What is the result that you want? Because yo can add it in vtiger_accountscf table or you can do it manually.
