[Vtigercrm-developers] Release notes page needs updating...

I just did a test migration from 7.4.0 to 7.5.0. When the migration is 
complete the Success page suggests that the user clicks on a link to 
visit the release notes page:

https://community.vtiger.com/help/vtigercrm/releasenotes.html

This page hasn't been updated since 7.1.0 ;-)

Whereas this page:

https://code.vtiger.com/vtiger/vtigercrm/wikis/Release-Notes

Has been, although the links to bug fixes and MRs are not optimal as 
they display EVERY change ever made.
