If you mean setting Amazon as the outgoing mail server, it is possible in Amazon SES to generate an SMTP user and password, which can then be entered into vTiger outgoing server settings.
works perfectly as we’ve been using it for about a year. You do need to ensure that either your domain or all email addresses are validated inside Amazon SES before they will send correctly.
