[Vtigercrm-developers] Best way to share files?

Tried to use Alfresco and Connected it to Vtiger or link over FTP making the relationship with the Customer Portal.

But what if I needed to share 200 documents as an example. Then doing it 1-by-1 via the portal would be fairly slow. 
Do you have ideas for way to share more files, more user friendly for the contact?
