[Vtigercrm-developers] Discuss about 'PRELOAD'

Hi All,

After a long experience on vtiger codebase I get one point that is crucial.
We miss the PRELOAD stage. A single place where you put code that will
be runned for every call.
I know it is no time for autoload or modern approach. But if we can
share a common idea for the PRELOAD stage. In this way anyone of us
can put into PRELOAD what he wants.

Please MAKE a decision about the right PRELOAD place, read this
project for more details about PRELOAD

Please TALK about PRELOAD as a standard where developer can add shared library

P.S. The preload stage is the place where I put `vendor/autoload.php`
