[Vtigercrm-developers] global search in vt7.4 takes too long in comparisson to vt6.5

Hi everyone,

I recently migrated a client from vt65 to vt7.4.
When doing a migration, most of the time, I leave a working copy of vtiger
in the original version. In this case I left a copy of vt6.5 as it was just
before the migration.

When doing a global search in vtiger 7.4 it takes about 1 minute:

 The exact same search takes 2 seconds in vt6.5:

Why this huge difference?
