[Vtigercrm-developers] Vtiger CRM - PHP 8 Support - Updates

I guess the versions thing is one of the reasons why composer would be a
good idea.

I agree about making php version requirements more explicit somewhere in
the documentation. Be it in the readme file or in the GitLab Wiki.
