[Vtigercrm-developers] add entity with certain crmid

I would say... create a new account, then update the crmid in
vtige_crmentity and accountid in vtiger_accountdetails and
vtiger_accountscf (I'm not sure if there is some other place where to
update the id, but that's what I would try)
