[Vtigercrm-developers] JS event trigger on tab change in detail view

One thing I don't like about Vtiger is that they use communication channels
inconsistently.
Sometimes the forum, sometimes this list, the web page, the blog and
sometimes a GoogleDoc.

For example, the 7.4 release announcement was made through the forum:
https://discussions.vtiger.com/discussion/193696/vtiger-crm-7-4-0-ga-release
but in the case of 7.3 it was done through the mailinglist:
http://vtiger-crm.2324883.n4.nabble.com/Vtigercrm-developers-Vtiger-CRM-7-3-Release-td23175.html

I think the Vtiger Open Source project as a whole lacks order
