[Vtigercrm-developers] Delete user created tags

Hi Alan,

We closed this case because we concluded on vtws_transferOwnership() api
transferring the ownership of filters on user deletion.

But in case of users who are inactive for a long time where individual user
deletion is not possible with bulk DB's we need to take measures to
transfer control to admin users.

I have re-opened this issue now, let's review this closely as enhancement.

Sukhdev, Please do create an issue on your observations with tags.
