[Vtigercrm-developers] Delete user created tags

Hi Sukhdev,

Yes! Tags are bound to created users, Can i know the case scenario on when
the user looking for deletion of non-admin created tags by admin user. Does
this after deletion of specific non-admin users.

Here we need to analyze these below mentioned cases, to solve this issue.

   1. To clear the tags created by user on user deletion.
   2. Transfer tags to admin user on user deletion.

Developers, Please do share your thoughts.
