[Vtigercrm-developers] can't preview and download files on vt 7.3

Ok, this is a bit embarrassing.  I found the error (again). It turns out I
myself reported it here: https://code.vtiger.com/vtiger/vtigercrm/issues/768

it's because short_open_tag is turned on and some images happen to have
"<?" as part of its contents.

However, still an error should be issued. Failing silently is a horrible
thing to do. I've opened the issue:
