[Vtigercrm-developers] vt730: Any ideas for configuring mail manger with Office 635?

Ignore all that. The hosting company where vtiger is installed have a 
firewall blocking _outbound_ ports. 993 wasn't open.

Once I'd added this to the bloody firewall the mailbox connected.
