[Vtigercrm-developers] Dashboards

Hi Uma

I have related case to share. Managers need more then 10 widgets to watch
for: new leads, tasks, planed payments etc. We use custom  and filter
widgets. Now I have to manually create widgets for every new manager. I
tried to teach them how to create widgets, but they make mistakes,
sometimes they accidentally remove widgets and thus fail to react on new
leads or events.

To my mind the best solution is to have dashboard rights available on role
management system: we should define if user can add/delete widgets/tabs.
Next, for each of available widgets user can have access to add it or not.
Finally we need tab/widgets template available to setup for
profiles/roles/groups.
And of course admin must have an option to see and edit users dashboards.
